After graduated from Ted Ankara College Private High School in 2010, Zeki Cem Bozkurt, studied at Bilkent University-Law Faculty between the years 2010-2014. Following his graduation, he completed the mandatory internship in ASC Law Firm in İstanbul and started his career as an attorney in the same firm. Cem continued his career in Galataport Istanbul Port Management and Investments Inc. which is a partnership of Doğuş Holding and Bilgili Holding. In 2017, he presented his thesis “The Legal Issues of Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies under Turkish Law” and finalized his master’s degree in banking and finance law before Queen Mary University, London. He is fluent in English and his main practice areas are corporate and commercial law, energy law, construction law, project finance and data protection law. He is a registered attorney before Ankara Bar Association and he is a member of TED Ankara College and Bilkent University Alumni as well.
